Free from Church Renewal
Leadership bench map
List the roles your church depends on. For each one, who does it now, who could step in tomorrow, and who is being prepared. The map shows where your church depends on a single person.
Change the roles to fit your church, and add any that are missing. Write names, or leave a box blank if no one fills it. “Being prepared” means someone is learning the role now by doing it alongside the person who has it.
From Chapters 17 and 18 of Reassigned: “Not ready for everything is different from ready for nothing.”
