Ministry review
Look at each ministry and program in light of what Christ has given the church to do. The review sorts them into keep, change, or talk about ending, so your leaders can begin an honest conversation.
Add each ministry, program, committee or regular event. Answer for how it actually works today. The questions come from Chapter 5 of Reassigned, “Mission Comes First.”
The results are a starting point for conversation. A ministry can be faithful in one season without being the best use of a church’s people and money forever.
